At its Strategy Meeting in January 2023 in Gdansk, Poland, the Board set as one of its goals to continue the professionalisation of the organisation, offering an improved level of transparency in terms of its policies, procedures and decisions.
These policies will be developed over the next year, supplemented by a Board Members’ Handbook, offering, we hope, clarity on our decision-making process.
