As part of the Montessori Europe Agenda2030's research pillar, we would like to embark on a collective Montessori research project that engages Montessori practitioners across Europe (and beyond). This is the first in a series of 4 webinars devoted to research/reflection/practice connections in the run-up to the May 2025 Congress in Oslo where practitioners will have the opportunity to attend a workshop launching the project.
In this series of webinars devoted to the necessary connections between reflective practice and research in Montessori education, we will take a look at various the ways in which practitioners can serve children better by incorporating different forms of (self)reflection and class-based research into their everyday practice.
The first webinar in the series, The Quality Montessori Environment and Research Informed Practitioner will be facilitated by ME Board member Dr. Jarosław Jendza (Institute of Education, University of Gdansk, Poland).
This webinar will briefly touch upon the connections between practice and research as well as introduce various “in-class” research approaches.
PLEASE NOTE THE TIME OF THE WEBINAR: 19:00 CENTRAL EUROPEAN SUMMER TIME.
